Instructions for use for couples 28 January at 18.00

Did you know that how you feel with your partner affects how quickly wounds heal? Or that a good relationship results in less build-up in the blood vessels? Our very closest relationships are what have the most significance for how long we live.

This evening, GP and researcher Siri Dalsmo Berge tells about how relationships and health are connected, while she shows you in an engaging way how quite small adjustments can have a big impact on intimacy and satisfaction in the relationship.

Siri Dalsmo Berge is a specialist in general medicine, couples therapist, PhD scholar at the University of Bergen, mother of four and author of the book “Instructions for couples – the way to a healthier partnership”. There will be an opportunity to ask questions anonymously during the evening.
